BIOGRAPHY

Tom Pereboom is the CSSD Manager at Amsterdam UMC, the University Medical Centre, focused on quality and efficiency that reinforce each other in healthcare delivery. His career spans over 15 years of management experience across CSSD and operating room departments.

Tom previously served as the Chairman of the Dutch Sterilisation Association for seven years. He has also worked with government bodies to promote standards for medical device recognition using barcodes, drawing on a long-standing focus on central sterile services work.
